About the Job
Our San Francisco studio is seeking an Interior Designer with 3-6 years of experience to join our design-driven team.
We’re seeking a sharp, talented, and passionate Interior Designer eager to join the creative process and build upon their design and technical skills. Our studio fosters open dialogue and encourages every team member to actively participate in the design process.
You’ll partner closely with a Senior Interior Designer and design teams on multiple, concurrent projects to design and plan residential and amenity spaces. With support, you’ll manage small projects or parts of larger ones, taking projects from storyboard to completion.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated Interior Designer looking to grow professionally, contribute to meaningful projects, take ownership, and help shape thoughtful, beautiful, and inspirational spaces.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of professional Interior Design experience
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Interior Design certification preferred
- Strong skills in producing presentation imagery
- Working knowledge of design methodology, design processes, and space planning to develop concept imagery, prepare finish and FFE selections, create rendered finish plans and elevations, and prepare furniture layouts
- Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion
- Proficient in Revit, with strong technical skills for creating details and preparing construction documents
- Experience coordinating with consultants and leading meetings
- Experience giving client presentations
- Experience in interior finish specifications
- Experience in construction administration and installation
- Knowledge of CA residential building codes
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Experience managing finish libraries and coordinating with vendors
- Experience mentoring junior Designers
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently
What We Offer
- Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000
